Frozen in deep space for a while and now I feel the warmth beginning to circulate in my ears resulting in the most natural state of joy and connectivity with the universe. It’s like I never left. Still pod safe and sound in spaceship ‘Mind’. Good. But wait! Could this be the parallel universe 180 degrees from the other? Ha! Yes, indeed! Great!

I have been listening to your broadcasting since the very first episodes of SpaceMusic. I feel I need to apologies for never giving you feedback until now while I’ve been enjoying the most excellent sounds you have been sharing with us. It is a lot of work and obviously takes massive skill to produce such incredible broadcasts! So, THANK YOU, thank you, thank you, for sticking to it and sharing your spirit. I have found new artists to enjoy thanks to your broadcasts, like James Bernard. I look forward to enjoying calmness during work, and being a computer technician I need that. Also, being an artist I find your sounds inspiring in the studio. Did I say thank you?…. Ok, I’ll stop… much appreciated. Namaste, Jesse from Phoenix, AZ.

TC, Amazing. i cannot think of a better way to start a new spacemusic cast. All tracks were amazing, and on a busy rush hour underground in centerial london, it was the perfect track to relax to after a hard days work.
10/10 – well done, and cannot wait for the next one!
Take care.

I’ll take spacemusic at any price. If you wanted to get an hour of good music from Itunes it would probably cost you at least 10 dollars and you wouldn’t find music half as good as what TC gives us. $1.99 is less than what most people spend every day for their morning coffee and listening to spacemusic will probably keep you healthier than that coffee will. It takes money to make a show this good and I’ll gladly give my 1.99 for my favorite podcast of all time! Thanks again TC.

Hey TC. Just purchased episodes 61 and 62….finally. Thanks for getting the paypal link to work in english.
I’m loving episode 62 so far. That opening by Joe Frawley was amazing. Very haunting/moody piece. Going to have to get ahold of some of his works.
Anyway happy to be back in orbit and listening to Spacemusic once again. Take care.

I love the show TC. I hope your voice clears up; it’s the sound of spacemusic and I’d hate for us to lose it.
I felt the show was a lot more mellow this time around. That all good but I can’t help but feel you are just reponding to the listeners of spacemusic and their comments about last month’s show. You should continue to play what you want to play, that’s what we all feel in love with.
Keep up the good work!
===
Admin reply: Hudson – playing what I feel like playing? Don’t worry, already taken care of. Otherwise this Spacemusic show wouldn’t exist. Probably you were distracted by the fact the ‘Opera piece’ was introduced on Spacemusic #61 and not everyone liked that track. Let me tell you: too bad. Extra reason for Spacemusic to play what’s the motto here: music that surprises you, music that takes you on a trip, on a journey to places you’ve never been before. Don’t worry. Keep that in mind. Nobody rules. Nobody sets the tone but Spacemusic.nl And we’re happy people like the genre !!!

Todd asked about offering OGG audio format, now that people are paying for a Spacemusic show…
Sorry Todd, we deleted your comment by accident Still would like to give you a response
******
Todd – it all started with Spacemuisc podcasts in mp3 format 112kbps, 44Khz, stereo. Quality asked for raising the bitrate, so we switched to 128kbps. After some time, we wanted to introduce chapters and illustrations because that’s so much more of -interaction- and -communication- with the audience. Most of all , the AAC format offers more quality at the same bitrate! Tons of e-mail came in from people being thrilled with the AAC format, giving Spacemusic the option using chapters and pics. Now, don’t get us wrong, we even switched from AAC back to MP3 again for a while at the end of 2005. Not everyone was ready for AAC yet. COuple of episodes later we announced to switch to AAC for sure starting in 2006 and we did. It was a big succes and 98% of our listeners still are very excited with the format nowadays.
Now, as far as we know OGG format (?…) doesn’t bring any opportunity to include chapters and graphics? You know, we don’t even know how to spell it correctly, Ogg Vorbis that is. We don’t believe in Ogg to be kind of a Wold-standard in audio compressing. Mp3 and Mp4 really are better known and integrated / compatible with almost every system on this planet. Therefore, chances are kind of -zero- we’ll offer another format like Ogg. This is definately not on our wishlist right now. Hope this clears things up. And forgive us here, but what the heck does it matter ” now that people are paying for a show ” that we should introduce another format?! What’s the logic Todd? Really, do you get an extra bottle of wine at the market when you buy one bottle because this market has their slogan ” people must be thirsty – we always give them 2 bottles for the price of one ” Must be your imagination we guess…
cheers,
TC

Hey TC and Todd, just commenting on the OGG debate… but if you use OGG format files, then you are either using Linux/Unix or are at least familiar with Open Source software. It is quite easy to convert mp3 audio to whatever format you would like using basic open source tools.
===
Admin reply: Aaron – thank you for comment. We had a discussion about conversion of formats couple of months ago on the Spacemusic Libsyn website. I hope this will not start a new one here! Only wanted to give my comment on the OGG question in relation to paying for a show. And… a brief history about the format I’ve chosen to produce the show in. That’s pretty much all there is to mention.
The last thing I would like to see here is again an endless mp3/mp4/mpz/mpt/mpo/ohj/owr/ogg/m4a/mpeg67/xy9…. discussion… All will be deleted if that’s going to happen.
Thank you all for understanding,
TC

I just found your podcasts via iTunes this last week. They are fantastic!! I love the music *and* that you are podcasting from Rotterdam. I visited your city back in September. So beautiful & modern. The Erasmus Bridge is visually stunning. Hearing your voice between all that music makes me smile to remember the great time I had visiting there. Thanks again for all the fantastic mixes! I’m filling up my iPod with them. They help me relax at home and especially when traveling for work and being stuck in yet another hotel. Cheers from the U.S.A.! -Sam

Admin reply: Sam – how nice you were here in town! Erasmus Bridge is something impressive – however since a few weeks (beginning 2007) they do have purple lightening in the evening/ at night – one hardly sees the light from my house anymore
(( And the funny thing is, it’s because of the fact rotterdam is City of Architecture 2007. When it’s dark, Rotterdam has no Erasmus Bridge anymore…

I’ve been listening your music selection from a year ago, after listen to all your free shows, I think it’s time to bought music on the net, without physical support (cd our vinyl), for the first time.
I bought your shows (SPACEMUSIC (LIMITED EDITION) and SPACEMUSIC #68 – DIMENSIONAL SHIFT) and I find the same superb quality selection.
One suggestion: you could put a text file on the zip with the artist/track name to minimize misunderstood or “bad” track names
Thanks for your time, thanks for the best podcast on the net.

Admin reply: Dear Eduardo,
Thank you for your comment. We COULD put a text file into the package. However we won’t. We can see you bought the AAC package. Within the AAC file there’s a complete chapterlist with all artist names and track names. Plus you can click the links at the illustration screens to go and visit the websites of mosts artists….What more could you possibly want?….
Have fun listening!

Thanks to Spacemusic and Fresh Air for helping me towards a quick recovery from Csncer surgery. Without the podcasts I would not have been able to get thru the days and nights in the hospital bed. The power of Spacemusic is truly healing.
Thanks

Hi TC,
“discovered” Spacemusic after buying myself an IPod and searching for cool music for my vacation in Gran Canaria. I was always atracted by spacy chill out music and I must say, the tracks you compile are really a delight. Especially #57, THE SHY, THE SAD AND THE BUSY is a good hour for spending on the hammock somewhere out there in space… Your comments and background info is also very welcome.
Thanks a lot for all that ! Please let me also criticize the spacemusic.nl site a little. I find it not very nicely done and also not very clearly and spacy arranged. Maybe you can do something about that, so it will better match the cool music you present so well.
Good Luck !!!
Your new fan
Alan

Admin reply: Well new fan, thanks for your message. Good to hear about the holiday destinations combined with the podcast. What about the site? Well, it matches the content in terms of content. For the rest, there’s simply no time to design and maintain a hi-tec website. Then again, the more simple the site looks the better we think it offers information. But of course, it’s a continuous process…… ~TC

TC you have the best music shows on the internet. I know I and many other listeners would like to see how the Spacemusic and Freshair netcasts are recorded and put together. I remember that on some of the early Spacemusic shows you would incorporate some of your cooking or traveling. Please consider adding some video (maybe via Stickam) of you producing a show. I think it would be fantastic! The hard work you put into these netcasts, shows. Thanks.

Hi T.C.
I have just been listening, yet again, to one of your fantastic Spacemusic shows (3.12). It is the most wonderful collection of relaxing music, and as always, excellent quality in both content and sound. I have lots of your episodes on my iPod and I take much pleasure in listening to them. They help me relax at work and alsoin my private times. They are wonderful at helping me to relax from the pressures of work and take a moment to look at things differently, a new perspective!
I hope that YOUR shows go on forever just like when you asked the listeners to imagine music being available forever now that is in a more digital permanent format.
Please continue with your shows as I am sure that people all over the world are happier just being able to listen to your show even if it is for a single episode.
Many many thanks for these soundscapes and atmospheres.
Kindest regards, Andy

Hello TC and other listeners of the spacemusic podcast. Thanks for the great work and interesting music. I always like your show both for the selection of great ambiant and for your narration, as well as the nice audio production you add through mixing and jingles. I mostly listen to it at work where it helps me to focus and to keep cool.
I’m a programmer and I also compose progressive / psytrance music on my spare time. Well, greetings from Toulouse, France, and looking forward listening to your next show. Thanks.

I’m thoroughly impressed with what you’ve been doing with the show… you’re definitely a busy man! I found out about you and your show while I was a math student in university. The music you play is incredible for relaxing (ambient stuff at least, like Carbon Based Life Forms) and now that I’m trainning to become a high school math teacher, I listen to you as often as possible.

Hi TC.
Brilliant start to Season 4 and excellent new look to the website. Just started listening in early 2008 and now hooked. The music you play has helped me through a difficult year, lost my job in February 2008 and out of work for a couple of months then lost a couple of relatives to cancer. Things on the up as I got a new job in April and then my first grandchild was born on August 7th 2008. Makes me feel a little old at 41! Life has been easier to deal with having Spacemusic to escape with when I need to relax.
Thanks TC. Keep up the good work.
God bless.

TC @ Matt ::: a Warm Hello Matt, thank you for signing our guestbook. Your story is really something we appreciate; so sorry to hear about losing your job, losing relatives. Sometimes life seems cruel but never stop believing and hoping; wonderful news about the first grandchild! Congrats! It’s all about balance you know, bad things will happen, good things will happen, it’s a struggle I know and therefore we do our Spacemusic podcast, to keep things ‘in the middle’, to survive and feel connected in some way with eachother; the music, the listeners, their stories, it all makes sense. Thank you so much for sharing your story Matt – I wish you all the best, love and light my friend! ~TC

I have always liked this kind of music even when it was not popular. I have found space-music as I am going through major but necessary life changes. Changes that will lead me to my higher purpose in this life.
I know I was guided to this music at this time. It has givin me so much comfort, balance and peace during this time. It really does sent me into space sometimes. I have never written any company or show before, even though I had intended to, but I just had to let you know that because of you and your passion for this music, you have helped change my life, truly. I dont think you realize your far reaching effects on the people who embrace your show!!!

Hey TC,
I’m now using my Blackberry (at this strange time at night) to visit your new website and… it’s fully BB-proof (meaning it just works fine!
Okay, not an Apple-product I know, but still…
Great job you did and the last shows were fantastic (as always)! This year for a moment I thought you would stop the shows, but… you came back even better and more professional (could that be possible?) than before! Good to hear you are still up & running, so I’m looking forward to your new shows in 2009!!!
Also I hope you will produce some more ‘sound-seeings’, I really like the combination of environmental/ambient sound and music it’s a great experience. Reminds me of some night radio-shows in the 80′s and 90′s which used this ‘technique’ too!

What a great season, looking forward to what you do in 2009. I am trying to purchase some music by AWARE but am having a hard time finding it, any suggestions?
Happy Holiday and if you are ever in Kansas City, MO USA–let me know–i’ll treat you to some famous KC BBQ.
Thanks.
===
Admin Reply: Well, music by Aware is very ok, finding Aware is hard we know. No albums via iTunes Store or something. Our guess is you have to travel to Ibiza and find your copy…. What we do in 2009? Focus on crystal clear music and information available for everybody. Thanks for your support Michael.
December 24th, 2008 at 5:12 pm
Hi TC,
Thank you, thank you! I love your selections. I’ve been a listener for about a year now. I’ve been a space/ambient/minimalist/electronic fan for decades. I like when you throw in some older pieces as a way to show both continuity and evolution of the music we love. I also enjoy when you talk during the podcast! I know others have criticized it, but your comments personalize the podcast and often make me smile.
Thanks,
Nicola
===
TC Reply: Thanks for your comment Nicola; couple of people did and still do complain about the talking, we simply advise them to skip the podcast if they’re really bored. Funny thing is, they don’t. We know there’s plenty of podcasts out there without any talking, nice shows, but like you said: we like to personalize ‘spacemusic’ and give it a certain twist for the fun and interest. Thanks for your kind words and thanks for your appreciation. The older tracks will be more and more on the Spacemusic podcast, music from 10, 20, 25 years ago as it’s so very valuable. Music you won’t hear on radio stations that much (perhaps never!) therefore this podcast will pay attention to old and new music every time again – people have the right to hear it….! ~TC

All these years of listening and I -finally- visit the web site. I think I started listening around #23? So good, so very good to share the joy of this music.
Great to see the whole project progressing so fully! I don’t mind the chit-chat either, I think one of my favorite episodes you actually were cooking during the show (thankfully you didn’t actually -eat- at the microphone), fun stuff, truly, be well TC.
Take care, and maybe talk more soon!

I caught your show on KRCL in Utah. WOW!
I love ambient music, it gives me a space to be in if that makes sense. I caught you podcast and was instantly a fan. I am going to be a podcasting fool over the next few weeks.
To find a show with the variety and quality of music that you put out to the world is simply amazing. The blend that you put together has a specific flow to it. Good for the soul. It is soothing and yet invoking at the same time.
You rock TC! I look forward to all of of your future episodes.

Hi TC,
I listen to your podcast since last summer; I find it “by accident” surfing in iTunes.
I like electronic music for decades (esp. TD, Klaus Schulze, Robert Schröder, Vangelis, Software) and therefor it was a very good luck for me, finding your podcast with new impressions of electronic and ambient music. Thanks a lot for your passion and love to music and I’m looking forward to the next show!

Hey TC,
I love the show and am glad you’ve simplified your production issues – it sounded far too stressful when you described the old way.
It’s hard to find good ambient music here in Barbados, yet the climate and the scenery suit it so well. Thanks for continuing to reach those of us in the quiet little nooks of the world!

Hi TC,
I have to say: I really, really love your show!
For a couple of months I´m doing the renovation of my new town apartment. The only recreation I have is listening you really great music. Most of the work I´m doing when I am alone in the apartment and your music make me feel happy, even when the work is hard or boring.
When I go to bed sometime choose you AIR series to come down. This feels like having vacation. I really like the episode with the music from luminous.
First i thout the episodes with the interview would be boring but the wasn´t. It ist interesting to hear some backgrounds from the guys who entertain me all the time
))
I might try your recipe when I move with my family tou our new apartment. If the recipe is at least half as good as your shows it might be GREAT!!!
I hope you produce the shows for many, many more years!

I’ve been a Spacemusic fan for about a year now. I found you on iTunes and have been hooked since that first listen.
You’re doing a brilliant job with the mixes and lighthearted conversation and bringing a lot of great music to a lot of grateful people.
Album highlight of 2008 for me – Treasure (David Helpling and Jon Jenkins) who I probably wouldn’t have found without you!
Thanks a million my friend and keep up the great work.

Hi TC,
I’ve been listening to the Spacemusic podcast since way back in 2005 – it was podcast #19 of the first season that got me started and hooked. I still remember sitting at the pool on Teneriffe that year drifting away to Lucid Dreams (#37), heheh.
Thanks for the great podcasts and introducing us all to new artists and reminding us of stuff we might have forgotten.

the spacemusic podcast wouldn’t be the same as a non-stop. I love the music, which is the best mix anywhere, but your voice, stories and personality make the whole thing come alive. I would go as far as trying one of your cooking recepies if you share with us

Hey TC,
A long time listener. I’ve been gone for a while…traveling all over the United States for work, handling family stuff, etc. But I love to come back to your podcasts. I see some of the recent posts mention you not speaking on your shows. I hope that’s not true, your personality and humour make the show what it is…please don’t be silent!
Many, many blessings to you my friend
January 27th, 2009 at 1:31 am
Hi TC.
Please keep up the good work, and whatever you do, do NOT give up the talking!
Like others have said this is what makes the show, there are plenty of other ambient podcasts out there, but this is the one I look forward to hearing because you put so much TC into it.
In fact I’d love to hear a little more about ‘the team’!
Thanks for the music once again.

Been listening since 2005. My oldest episode and a great one is “Around the world in 33 minutes” from 3/30/2005. I have trouble listening the radio now as your mixes are about the only thing I do enjoy. Electronic and upbeat are great. This helps at work looking at the computer trying to work as it takes me away and makes the time pass quicker. Dark side of the mood – cross roads – The radio cast – not sure I can name a favorite. Keep spinning – I have purchased several of the artist too and enjoy Lucy/ Lazy Hammock and many others too.

just listened to “The Birth of Stars” and laughed my butt off when T.C. says “Yah right..” that was awesome!
I’ve been listening to T.C. for several years now as well (2005) and having T.C. talking as the host has always been an equal part of the joy that is spacemusic.
Besides, I agree with T.C., This is a podcast, if you want him to “shut up” then stop being cheap and just buy the albums/music he is promoting. Most of these artists are absolutely incredible and he provides excellent information on the song names and artists.
So instead of complaining about an awesome podcast that provides amazing music exposure to you for free, go and buy the albums!

Hey *TC*,
I discovered spacemusic.nl a couple of weeks ago, and LOVE it. My Ipod had to be cleared out to make room for your previous episodes. Thank you so much for all your hard work. It is my favourite podcast.
Can you recommend any decent ‘dark’ ambient albums? As this is a sub-genre that I only discovered via you.

I have been listening to you since , almost, the beginning. I tell everyone about you and have the Fresh air podcasts on CD, so i can play them in my car. Of course Spacemusic 3.6 is also a car favorite.
What is the schedule for Fresh Air this year?
Thanks.

Hi, I just love the new site. I only found the old site about a year ago and you play the type of music I love. Then when you talked about going to mp4 format, I was devastated. But I love this. Absolutely fantastic. Thanks bunches.

Hi TC,
thanks for producing “Another World” S 4.15. I had to smile while listening to this podcast, as it reminded me on our chat when I was transiting Zürich. This time I was listening to your Podcasts on my trip to Singapore via London. My favorite: Harax – Night!!
Thanks for your work and take care.

Hi TC!
Just wanted to thank you for your great show.
I’ve been on a journey the last 6 months and I only survived the bus drives through Vietnam and Lao because of your great Podcast.
Imagine a 24 hour drive in a 30 year old bus on Lao streets and you know how much peace the music had to deliver
I’m so happy you started the new Season! Hope to get new music from you for the rest of my life.
Thank you so much and go on with your great work!
Greetings from Germany

It’s Mark from Chicago!
I about drove off the road hearing my comment I left for you about Senseo Sundays many months ago.
Your podcast is still one of my favs! I always get the newest episodes to listen to on the way to or from work.
You make the drive more relaxing. Any plans to bring back the “Sound Seeing” podcasts? I loved hearing you cook your dinner and explain what you were doing or when you were going for a walk.
Keep up the good work my friend!

Hey T.C – the great Senseo Sunday shows continue my friend. I am sure all your feline listeners are glued to the speakers on a Sunday morning. I certainly know that our Gizmo is.
He has a good old chat to himself every time we listen to his famous shows.
Thanks for using his clip we will perhaps record some more. Come on listeners get recording its a lot of fun.

Hi T.C.
Really terrific stuff on Senseo Sunday this week
Really enjoyed it this morning.
Also found your S 4.17 Nova Cinema was one of the best Space Music shows you’ve ever done. Lost count of the number of times I’ve played that one whilst working.
Going on holiday to Rhodes next week and will make sure I have all your shows on my iPhone as I’ll need them to while away the hours on the beach
Sorry, had to tease… Of course you’re invited
Cheers, Gary.

I heard in your show last week that you were looking for feedback.
I just wanted to let you know that I have been a listener since season 1, but I have never left feedback.
I love your shows and one of my favorites is Deja Vu from Season 1 aka episode 25.

Hey TC

I love your show! One of the best podcasts i’ve found on i-tunes!
Currently in exam period. (I’m a university student in the UK) The music is a great release from all the stress I’m getting from exams. I find my self in another world of peace and tranquility listening to the podcast. The hardest thing is when the music ends and i have to return to my studying
Keep up the great work!!

TC,
I’ve been living under a rock! Only just found your podcast 2 days ago. A lot of things compete for a spot on the 16GB on my iPhone, and I spent most of last night getting other stuff off the thing so I could fit more spacemusic on it. Senseo Sundays has introduced me to at least four or five albums that I have now firmly put on the wishlist. I especially enjoyed CRASH and SayCet, although the others since are also excellent. I’ve a few long flights coming up, and I’m looking forward to catching up on all the episodes I’ve missed.
Please, keep them coming, and thank you for this wonderful weekly escape.

Hi TC,
thx for been real chilled. I´ve become a spacemusic listener by random search. After one Session with you, your voice, the music and been pushed in to space i spent more and more time to listen your Podcasts.
I bought all stuff from David H., Jon J. and there project together. Your hint was perfectly right! Also the Music from CarbonBasedLifeForms are amazing! Thx too!
I am a IT Senior Consultant in Hamburg and have a lot of stress at work and needed this type of music to come down, to override my brains waves, to chill.
I also hear Deuter, Fahrenheit Project, Jon Hopkins etc.. Great stuff too.
Thx, and please never stop to bring us the realy best spot for chillout and spacetunes

Hi TC
We are still great fans of your spacemusic shows. Especially Nova Cinema and Mistery of Mistery – fantastic, that’s TC!!!
When will we hear your next TC ALBUM??? Your last one can stand any comparison to albums of Vangelis, JM Jarre, etc. – so go for it!
By the way: We would have no problem paying for your shows but: WITH YOUR COMMENTS, not for a “sterile” 60 minutes of nice music. Your voice, jingles, comments, etc. bring this music alive!
TC, have a look at a Lithuanian guys website. He is a paragliding pilot, making some real nice movies. Go to: http://www.bitlas.com, watch the movies: “Paragliding over frozen dunes”, “return to innocence”, “a short enlightment”, “the Beginning”. Great movies and great music, too. Can you imagine his movies together with YOUR spacemusic – wow, that would be great!
Hope to hear more spacemusic – the more, the better …Take care.
Best regards

Greetings from Australia!
Your Podcasts are THE BEST. You play the most awesome ambient/chillout/electronic I have ever heard – I’ve been listening to this type of music since my teens (too long ago!). It’s perfect to listen to for my photography work.
Andy’s cat Gizmo from Stamford, UK, has competition – my cat (who is from UK and now in Sydney) is called Baby Star and he loves your shows too, along with my partner Scott. Keep up the sensational work TC – WE LOVE IT!!

As we speak I am listening to all of the Fresh Air Episodes. Right in the middle of Episode#5. Lazy Hammock was great. When this originally came out and I heard the podcast…I went out and downloaded her album from itunes. I haven’t heard anything new from her since but I have playlists with chill music that your shows inspired me to get and not just the tracks…but the whole albums.
Keep it going and thanks for introducing me to Shaped Signs…got their new album not to long ago…they are the greatest…they have a bunch of demo tracks on their website…you may want to play them on your show…maybe help them with getting the word out about their music.
Why did you stop doing Freshair in AAC format…i loved it and it plays great in my player with the option of choosing specific tracks and comments. Your HD movie was great…gave me chance to see my favorite DJ…TC!

I have been up very early this morning and after listening to your latest Senseo Sunday podcast UtopiaXO I am, as always, extremely grateful for you for your time and commitment to all your listeners. Hey TC, I love your Podcasts. I first heard your show when you released the 2008/2009 Global feed. The entire show is amazing and I love listening to it while I exercise. SOme people think that this ambient themed music is not suited to exercise but for me, it gives me a real buzz. In the global feed when you introduce that track at Midnight, it’s just unbelievable. And the mixing of Vangelis and Beyond Words is awesome. I can’t thank you enough for introducing me to Spacemusic. I will continue to listen to your shows and will pass on the word.
A happy listener.

TC: thank you Jason, good to read this stuff, especially cause it’s already a pretty long time ago I produced the end-of-the year podcast. Loads of listeners are still responding to that particular show, the three hour one (!) And you know what, that’s a show I did without any boundaries / limitations, I just got started and continued without thinking, including the interviews, it just had to be done, it was in my head way before publishing, it just had to be recorded and posted. Thank you so much for your feedback, makes our day! Cheers, ~TC

Howdy TC, thanks for the amazing podcasts. I can hardly express how much brighter my days are after listening. If possible, play more Mind Soup. These guy’s are absolute masters of their craft and their album Songs for Gifted Children is simply stunning, I can’t stop listening to it. You are the best. I’ve been listening to your shows for years. Just watched the John Jenkins HD tv episode. I am more enchanted than ever.
Recently rented Netflix: David Gilmore. So Pink Floyd is where I started my love for Space Music!
Do you know the artist Constance Denby? She is in L.A., I think.
Come say hi when you are in Malibu.

I have to say your podcast brings enlightenment to an otherwise worn out medium. I’ve been listening to your music for at least a year now, and I even remember listening to one episode of your Motion of the Stars series a while back. There was once a series on public radio and it sounded surprisingly familiar to your Motion of the Stars series, and I’m not quite sure if that was you or not. However, I am looking into producing my own ambient music sometime in the near future, so look for some stuff from me then. Your podcasts help to soothe the soul and transcend the borders of physicality that no other musical media has so far for me. Thanks for all you do, and never stop!

TC, You’re not only a good “musicmaker” and photographer, but a good writer too. I recognize your impression of Brussel quite well, specially about to get money…
For someone who wasn’t at the concert of Mylene -like me – you’ve given a quite “life” impression.
My compliments!
===
TC reply: Thank you! Brussels and the show has inspired me to do this; though the cash machine was a big laughter, I’d never hesitate to go there again… hope you’ve enjoyed the life impressions, thank you for writing your comment.

TC,
Muchas gracias for the mind bending, totally enjoyable musical forays I’ve enjoyed since season #1. I love the juxtaposition of snippets from your life, cooking, travel, etc. with some very enriching music by talented, up and coming artists. As long as you are there pumping out podcasts, I’ll be here listening!!

TC,
Thanks for the good music, the good talk and the fresh content. It is the best music I have never heard before. One thing I notice is the very high quality of everything you do from the audio to the video.
Currently I am stuck on CRASH but gradually listen to the other tracks including the Jukebox series. Coffee break of 10/26 is the best of that series.
Before that I got stuck listening to the Fresh Air series.

TC, what a wonderful thing you have going here. When I first got my i-Pod, I also discovered Space Music. I downloaded as much as I possibly could and I want to tell you, it was one of the most favorable experiences of my life. I am a massage therapist and I use some of the space music podcasts for my sessions. I’ve also become a big fan of Das Kraftfutermischwerk. I thought i t was a bummer though, when I couldn’t find it on i-Tunes. Do you have any thoughts on where I may find them?
It’s quite cold here in Palatine, IL (about 25 miles northwest of Chicago) The temperature is -10 degrees below zero. Cant wait till spring and summer again, I’ll be out on my Schwinn road bike jammin’ out to TC and Space music.
Keep up the good work TC
