Studies indicate coffee reduces the risk for diabetes and Parkinson’s…
Some studies have shown that coffee may reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes. After analyzing data on 120,000 people over an 18-year period, researchers at Harvard have concluded that drinking 1 to 3 cups of caffeinated coffee each day can reduce diabetes risk by several percentage points, compared with not drinking coffee at all. Even more significant, is the fact that in this study, having 6 cups or more per day slashed men’s risk by 54% and women’s risk by 30% over those who avoided coffee. This study is the latest of hundreds of studies which suggest that coffee may be something of a health food - especially in higher amounts.
At least 6 studies indicate that people who drink coffee on a regular basis have up to 80% lower risks of developing Parkinson’s disease, with 3 of those studies indicating that the more coffee they drink, the lower the risk. Other studies indicate that, compared to not drinking coffee, drinking at least 2 cups per day can lead to a 25% lower risk of colon cancer, an 80% drop in the risk of liver cirrhosis, and nearly 50% the risk of gallstones.
Cheers!

Little World - First few seconds the music already takes you…. soft voice with beautiful expression, “Are you There” grabs you right from start, a track you simply cannot fast forward because it needs to be heard in one go. Planet Boelex typical characteristics: sound bits and bytes coming to you from every corner, lovely patterns, groovy, the dynamics simply marvelous, excellent bass line, superbe compression; music that can be played @ high volumes! “Angels” (track no.2) takes you on a melodic journey and gives a 80’s kind of flashback, from “Fall” to “Walk Ahead” for an almost symphonic experience, mind you: this is electronic music. Almost soft-pop vibes in “Outlet” and a very dreamy conclusion comes with the “Fill me Up” piece….
An amazing and intriguing album this “Little World” by Planet Boelex and Lisa’s Antenna. Lisa tells you stories, once she starts you’re with her all the time. Her voice is like an angel surrounded by warm sounds, dreamy atmospheres and beautiful melodies. “Little World” feels like a dream you once had but never took the time to finish it; just keep this album on your iPod and you’ll never forget your dream… a True Must Have in your collection of ambient/soundtrack music.
It’s not for sale on iTunes Store. Nope. It’s completely for free! Download via http://softphase.org
Big thanks to Planet Boelex and Lisa’s Antenna.
